Question by Read More Books!: Weight loss motivational “gift basket” ideas?
My good friend just saw THE picture of herself from my wedding last week that has motivated her to lose weight for her wedding, coming up in October. She has asked for my help to lose some weight within the next 3 months (I’m in good shape, but have never struggled with weight) She wants me to walk with her once or twice a week and just provide motivation and support.

like nice body lotions and stuff..bath&body works has baskets you can make yourself like you choose what goes in them i think that would be a great idea and i would love that if i got it lol
